Our high-temperature, corrosion-resistant quartz glass plates are precision-engineered for use as optical windows, protective covers, viewports, and substrate carriers in extreme environments. Made from ultra-pure fused silica (SiO₂ ≥ 99.99%), these plates offer outstanding thermal stability, optical transparency, and chemical inertness.
Unlike conventional glass, fused quartz retains its mechanical integrity and transparency even under prolonged exposure to high heat, corrosive chemicals, UV light, and plasma. Available in various shapes—including circular, square, rectangular, and custom geometries—these quartz plates are ideal for both demanding industrial environments and precision optical systems.
Quartz glass plates are widely used across industries requiring transparent, chemically inert, and heat-tolerant materials. Here are the most common application areas:
Quartz plates are used as observation windows in vacuum chambers and high-temperature furnaces, allowing visual or optical monitoring without compromising the sealed environment.
Used as cover plates, susceptor lids, and alignment windows in etching, deposition, and cleaning systems where chemical resistance and cleanliness are essential.
Thanks to their wide transmission range (200–3500 nm), quartz plates are used in UV curing machines, IR detectors, and spectrometers.
Quartz plates serve as laser windows, beam splitters, or optical flats where low distortion and high laser damage threshold are crucial.
In aggressive environments such as chemical reactors or flow cells, quartz glass allows in-situ observation and spectral analysis of reactions.
Used as transparent protective covers for solar receivers and high-efficiency solar panels.
Quartz plates are used as sensor shields or camera covers in aerospace, defense, or offshore equipment exposed to salt, UV, and heat.

We are more than a quartz component supplier—we are a full-service partner dedicated to helping our clients develop advanced, reliable, and application-ready solutions. From rapid prototyping to volume production, we provide a complete set of value-added services tailored to your technical requirements.
Yes. We provide custom CNC machining, including drilled holes, slots, edge bevels, flanges, and complex contours according to your CAD drawing.
Yes. Fused quartz has a high laser damage threshold and low birefringence, making it suitable for high-power laser windows, isolators, and beam splitters.
Plates are ultrasonically cleaned, inspected under cleanroom conditions, and vacuum-sealed in PE bags or foam trays. Special anti-static or Class 100 packaging is available upon request.
No. Unlike regular glass, fused quartz does not degrade, yellow, or devitrify even after long-term exposure to UV radiation or high temperatures.
